ww388's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ww388 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ww388 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices.
